Overview

Revive Longevity is committed to delivering your prescribed medications and wellness products safely, discreetly, and as quickly as possible. All medications are compounded and shipped by our partner pharmacies, which are state-licensed 503A compounding facilities located in the United States.

Shipping Cost

All orders placed through Revive Longevity include free standard shipping. You will never be charged a separate shipping fee.

Processing and Delivery Times

Once your treatment plan has been approved by a licensed provider and your prescription has been transmitted to our partner pharmacy, your medication will be compounded and shipped directly to the address you provide. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date of provider approval. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, pharmacy compounding schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

During periods of high order volume or pharmacy transitions, shipping times may be extended. We will communicate any known delays through your patient portal or via email.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the pharmacy and your location. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped with appropriate cold-pack materials to maintain product integrity during transit.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order. Revive Longevity is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, reshipment will be subject to additional shipping costs payable by you.

Signature Requirements

Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make delivery attempts as per their standard procedures. If you are unable to be present, you may contact the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost or not received, please contact us at support@revivelongevity.com within 48 hours of the end of the estimated delivery window. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier and our pharmacy partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Service Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Service availability may vary by state based on telehealth regulations and pharmacy licensing. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for temperature-sensitive medications. We do not currently ship internationally.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products transfer to you upon delivery by the carrier to the shipping address you provided.
