At Revive Longevity, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality experience. Because our treatments involve custom-compounded prescription medications prescribed specifically for each individual patient, our refund policy reflects the personalized nature of our services and applicable regulations governing prescription medications.

Consultation Fees

Medical consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been completed by a licensed healthcare provider, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.

If You Are Not Approved for Treatment

If a licensed provider determines that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment, any pending payment authorization will be released and you will not be charged. No further action is required on your part.

Prescription Medications

Once a prescription has been approved by a licensed provider and transmitted to a partner pharmacy for compounding and fulfillment, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. This policy is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing prescription medications. Custom-compounded medications cannot be restocked, resold, or reused.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@revivelongevity.com. Our sole obligation in such cases will be to work with our pharmacy partner to reship the correct or replacement product at no additional cost to you, or, where a reship is not feasible, to issue an account credit. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or incorrect orders.

Cancellations Before Fulfillment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been submitted to a pharmacy for compounding, please contact us as soon as possible at support@revivelongevity.com. Cancellations requested before any clinical review or pharmacy costs have been incurred may be eligible for a full refund. If provider review or administrative processing has already begun, a cancellation fee of up to $50 may apply to cover provider time and operational costs. If compounding has already begun or medication costs have been incurred, no refund will be issued, consistent with our Prescription Medications policy above.

Subscription Cancellations

If your treatment plan includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us at support@revivelongevity.com or through your patient portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

Your payment method will be automatically charged at the frequency selected at checkout unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly at support@revivelongevity.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we determine to be invalid and to pursue recovery of any wrongfully reversed amounts, including any associated fees and costs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Account Credits

In certain situations, Revive Longevity may, at its sole discretion, offer an account credit toward a future order. Account credits expire twelve (12) months from the date of issuance and may be applied to any Revive Longevity product or service.
